"As a licensed Arborist I try to get out in the field to do some pruning. Spring 2013"
"Spring renovation of rear yard with custom designed soil mix (25% topsoil, 25% compost and 50% USGA 15mm green grade sand). Rear yard was mostly tree stumps/rocks and had major drainage issues. Not anymore!"

"Checking our custom vermicompost that is used for our compost teas and Verma products http://www.harringtonsorganic.com/residential-products . Takes us a full day to feed our worms with a special custom mix of C:N feed stocks and Inoculums. "
"Our custom mini trommel for screening vermicompost and blending other amendments"

"Core aeration before topdressing of compost and USGA 15mm greens grade sand mix. Must core aerate in two directions before topdressing, not just in one direction! After picture from above photo. Core aerated two direction, seeded with (90% fine fescues, 10% blue rye), topdressed with 50/50 mix of compost and USGA greens grade sand, seeded again and rolled. Will send after pictures when it comes up!"
"Lots of interesting beneficial mushrooms  growing this year from applying our special fungal teas! Ps this dogwood was almost dead early this spring. Looks much better now."
"Ramial woodchip mulch inoculated with fungal foods!"
